I happily accept payments via all major credit cards (through Etsy and Paypal) as well as Paypal payments and Etsy gift cards. I also offer express checkout.

Shipping from Canada

Your order will be processed & shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase/payment. Please feel free to contact me if you would like express shipping and i will arrange it for you for an additional fee. Please note that we do not have tracking numbers in Canada unless you pay express. The Canadian postal service is excellent and you can see in my shop reviews that customers are very happy with the delivery time.

- I am not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.

- I cannot be responsible for lost international packages.

-I can not mark orders as "Gift" on the customs form or otherwise falsify customs information.

-Since i have no control over each country's specific mail service & customs office, we can only ship the package in good faith & send it on its way.

-I have no responsibility or information regarding import duties, taxes, customs, etc. that might be charged by the home country of our international customers.

Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are, unfortunately, very often a part of purchasing internationally.

Refunds

Once you make the purchase, i will not refund your payment unless there is a problem with the item.
If there is a problem with the product once its delivered to you, let me know and i will be more than happy to make it right, via refund or replacement.
